In 2013, Dominski founded River Bet Consulting, specializing in leadership coaching, organizational effectiveness, and strategy formation and implementation.
Clients across the country and internationally represent various industries, including financial services, consumer technology, retail, healthcare, and nonprofits. Dominski uses creativity to cut through the noise and communicate novel ideas with maximum effect. He understands that a “talent development culture” is tantamount to success in a hyper-competitive world. This creative edge propelled him through the ranks in several high-profile companies—most recently at Best Buy, where he served as Senior Vice President of US Human Resources.
At the Minneapolis-based retailer Target, Dominski advanced from human resources manager to Chief Learning Officer and Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness. As Chief Human Resources, Marketing Officer, and Patient Engagement Officer for Park Nicollet Health Services, he applied his vision and innovation to create a seamless brand experience from leader to team member to patient.
Dominski’s boundless drive and sharp mind are tempered by his deep respect for others, a trait described by peers as a “genuine heart for people.”He is a popular guest lecturer at the University of Arizona’s Eller School of Business and the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Business, where he earned his MBA.
